How to Start the Andriod Development

Quick Guide to start Andriod Development from Windows

Just follow the steps below for setting up of Andriod Development WorkSpace.
No need to read entire system req's doc for workspace setup.

Install Eclipse Version :
Eclipse 3.4 (Ganymede) is no longer supported with the latest version of ADT. Other versions of Eclipse or RAD or Netbeans will have issues withe ADT plugin. Again you will end up doing the Eclipse 3.4 only.

Make sure you have JDK versions are available below.

• JDK 5 or JDK 6 (JRE alone is not sufficient)
• Android Development Tools plugin (recommended)

Download the ADT plugin and click exe file. ( It will ask for the eclipse installation path and browse and proceed further)
